Flamingo Pizza & Subs re-opened yesterday (Friday, November 20, 2009) in Playa Flamingo (next door to the Super Flamingo) under new ownership and management.

Yesterday, the menu was limited to pizza . . . but this evening you can order subs, as well.

The pizza was wonderful . . . as was the service and camaraderie among the owners and customers.  In short . . . a good time was had by all.

Not only does the restaurant have great food and service . . . but it also has a section devoted to gifts and souvenirs:

I highly recommend the Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple) . . . it was so good that we went back and had it for lunch, today!

Do yourself a favor . . . if you’re in the Flamingo, Potrero, Brasilto, Conchal area, give Flamingo Pizza & Subs a try . . . you won’t be disapointed.  Tell them Ethel sent you.
